Deflationary supply
A 5% fee on every marketplace trade is sent to the platform burn wallet and burned periodically, permanently reducing circulating $COMPUTE supply.
The more players trade on the marketplace, the more $COMPUTE is permanently removed from circulation. Supply becomes progressively more scarce over time.
Fee example
List an item at 100 $COMPUTE → buyer pays 100 $COMPUTE → seller receives 95 $COMPUTE after the 5% platform fee is routed to the burn wallet.
Listings below 20 $COMPUTE still incur the 5% fee.
How to list
- Open your inventory from the mining bay or profile
- Select an unassigned item to list
- Set the price in $COMPUTE (minimum 20 $COMPUTE)
- Confirm — the item moves to the marketplace until sold or cancelled
