Do I need crypto to start?
You can sign up with email for free, but welcome and referral packs unlock only after you hold at least 100,000 $COMPUTE on-chain in your platform wallet (deposit or swap). Then you can build your first rig from starter packs without buying paid packs.
What is the difference between SP and $COMPUTE?
SP (Store Points) is the stable pricing unit for packs and room unlocks — 1 SP ≈ $0.01. $COMPUTE is the wallet token earned from mining and used to buy SP. See Currencies & SP.

What is Weekly Happy Hour?
Every Wednesday at 6PM UK time, we release a limited run of specialty packs in the store. Stock is global — when they are gone, they are gone. See Weekly Happy Hour.
How do pack odds work?
Each pack shows rarity odds on its detail page. Higher tiers are rarer but generally more powerful. See the Pack Binder.
Rigs
Why is my rig not earning?
Rigs must be fully operational: frame, motherboard, CPU, ≥1 GPU, adequate PSU, all fans filled, and cables connected. See Rigs & Assembly.
What build order should I follow?
Motherboard → CPU → GPUs → PSU → fans → cables → optional consumable. Hover over blocked slots in-game for hints.
Economy
When do I unlock full earning?
Spend 500 SP total on packs, rooms, or other purchases to unlock full earning power.
What is the minimum claim amount?
Rigs only accrue $COMPUTE while your platform wallet holds at least 100,000 $COMPUTE on-chain (buys or marketplace sales — pending mining does not count). Once you have at least 1,000 pending earnings, you can claim them on-chain. You also need a small SOL balance for network fees.
Is $COMPUTE deflationary?
Yes. A 5% marketplace fee is sent to the platform burn wallet and burned periodically, permanently reducing circulating supply.

Why can I not list items yet?
Common blockers: the item is not Mint condition, it is still equipped in a rig, the price is below the 20 $COMPUTE minimum, or it is not in your spare/unassigned inventory. Each sale includes a 5% platform fee sent to the burn wallet.
What items can be burned for SP?
Only spare Mint hardware and other tradable spares (including unassigned pack drops). Clean, Dusty, and Hot cannot be burned — repair them to Mint first. Fried hardware is recycled in the Recycle Bin (batches of 10+), not burned. Mounted parts, room ACs, and untradable starter items do not yield burn SP. See Condition & Repair.
Can I buy consumables directly?
Yes. Consumables can be purchased for 20–150 SP depending on rarity, or pulled from packs. See Consumables.
