Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Rig Rooms. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• During email sign-up you may opt out of marketing emails. You can change that preference later from Email preferences or an unsubscribe link.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account without our permission.
• Each individual may maintain only one Rig Rooms account. By creating an account, you agree not to create, control, or use additional accounts — including alternate emails, manipulated aliases, or accounts registered for others — unless we explicitly authorize otherwise in writing. Operating multiple accounts to farm rewards, refer yourself, manipulate the marketplace, or evade enforcement is prohibited and may result in permanent bans and forfeiture of balances across all related accounts.
• We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.
• Accounts created with suspicious or deceptive email addresses — including manipulated Gmail aliases (dots, plus-tags, or similar formatting used to evade rules) — may be permanently banned without prior notice. These bans are final and cannot be reversed.
• If we suspend or permanently ban an account for violating these Terms, we reserve the right to restrict withdrawals and seize, freeze, or take other enforcement action on balances and virtual assets tied to that account, including custodial wallet balances, Store Points, in-game items, unclaimed rewards, and associated tokens, to the extent permitted by law. Assets or tokens obtained through abuse, fraud, referral farming, social or X reward farming, marketplace manipulation, or other prohibited conduct may be seized, forfeited, burned, transferred to platform-controlled wallets, or otherwise removed from circulation. Lawful players who follow these Terms are not affected by enforcement actions taken against abusive accounts.

Game and virtual items

Rig Rooms is a mining simulation game. In-game items, currency, packs, rigs, and other virtual assets have no real-world monetary value unless explicitly stated. We may modify game balance, item availability, features, or economies at any time.

Payments and purchases

• All purchases are final except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
• Prices, promotions, and available items may change without notice.
• You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider or blockchain network.
• Chargebacks or payment abuse may result in account suspension, seizure of associated balances or virtual assets, and permanent ban.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay unfairly, or interfere with other users.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Register or operate accounts using suspicious, deceptive, or manipulated email addresses to bypass platform limits or evade enforcement.
• Create, operate, or benefit from more than one account per person, including alternate identities, feeder accounts, or multi-account rings used to evade limits or enforcement.
• Manipulate the marketplace through wash trading, coordinated multi-account schemes, referral rings, artificial floor-price churn, or other transfers designed to extract value from the platform economy.
• Spam, flood, or mass-post on X (Twitter) or any other social platform — including posting large volumes of low-quality, repetitive, or engagement-bait content — to farm, inflate, or extract Rig Rooms social rewards, Store Points, packs, or other incentives. Posting qualifying content and then deleting it (or otherwise removing it after rewards are credited) to hide spam, recycle content, or evade detection is prohibited. Artificial engagement (bots, purchased likes/reposts, coordinated fake interactions), deceptive qualifying posts, and any attempt to game social reward programs are prohibited and may result in automatic permanent ban and forfeiture of related balances and assets. • Harass, impersonate, or infringe the rights of others.

X Rewards and social incentives

• X Rewards and related social incentives exist to thank people who genuinely spread the word about Rig Rooms in a positive, reputation-safe way — sharing real builds, wins, and invitations with their communities. They are not payment for flooding X, farming engagement metrics, or any activity that risks damaging Rig Rooms' reputation as a platform.
• Only original posts that qualify under our program rules may earn rewards. Replies, comments, and retweets do not count toward discovery rewards or spam-burst limits.
• Posting more than 20 qualifying original posts in any 20-minute window is treated as X Rewards spam when the activity is concentrated or automated (for example machine-gun posting or packing those posts into a short burst). Accounts that cross this spam threshold are subject to automatic permanent ban, notification by email when possible, and forfeiture of related balances and virtual assets, without prior warning. Ordinary, spread-out posting is not treated the same as spam bursts.
• Deleting posts after they have been credited does not avoid enforcement. Automated systems may still detect and ban spam bursts based on posts we already recorded.
• By participating in X Rewards you agree that we may automatically enforce these limits and the Acceptable use rules above. Manual review may also result in bans for lower-volume or deceptive spam that still harms the program or our reputation.

Intellectual property

Rig Rooms, including its software, art, branding, and content, is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for personal, non-commercial play. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without permission.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific gameplay outcomes. Blockchain and third-party services may be subject to delays, failures, or network fees outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rig Rooms and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or virtual items arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Rig Rooms at any time. We may suspend or permanently ban access if you breach these Terms, engage in suspicious account activity, or if we discontinue the service. When an account is banned for abuse or fraud, we may seize or enforce our policies on that account's custodial balances and virtual assets as described in Account responsibilities. Permanent bans for suspicious email activity or related abuse are final and cannot be reversed. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate.
